Probate and Estate Planning Workshop
Our Probate and Estate Planning Workshop is an extension of our ongoing Probate and Estate Planning Summit initiative, designed to offer hands-on support and guidance in navigating the probate and/or estate planning process. One of the most challenging aspects of probate is creating a family tree, and this workshop aims to simplify that process for participants.
During the workshop, attendees will receive personalized assistance in building their family tree, ensuring that they understand how to accurately trace and document relationships for their estate planning. Our experienced presenters will be on hand to provide one-on-one support and answer any questions, making this a truly interactive and informative experience.
This workshop is a valuable opportunity for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of estate planning and the probate process while receiving direct, expert guidance.

This workshop will take place on Saturday, June 21st, at:
The Newberry municipal Building
25420 W Newberry Rd,
Newberry, FL 32669
Workshop check-in starts at 10 a.m and activities begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. This event is expected to end at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Our Past Workshops

Probate & Estate Planning Workshop #1
In August 2024, we launched our first workshop and marked the first expansion of our Probate & Estate Planning Initiative, building on the momentum from our 6th Summit in June 2024. Both events were hosted at Santa Fe High School, providing an accessible and enriching environment for participants. This inaugural workshop was a valuable learning experience, allowing us to refine our approach and enhance the following workshop, ensuring even greater impact and engagement.

Probate & Estate Planning Workshop #2
We gained invaluable insights from our first workshop, and that growth was evident during our second Probate & Estate Planning Workshop in March 2025! Transitioning from a smaller, classroom-style setting with multiple groups to a larger, more interactive format allowed for more hands-on activities, creating a dynamic and engaging experience. We were also fortunate to have the support of UF Law students, whose expertise added tremendous value. This workshop built upon the success of our 7th Probate & Estate Planning Summit, held at the Santa Fe College Blount Center in February 2025, further reinforcing our commitment to education and collaboration in estate planning.
