We’ve implemented a Homeowner’s Association project that focuses on providing associations with a holistic view of our office while explaining our responsibilities to the community. This allows us to get insight from residents directly. This presentation includes an overview of how we determine value, how these numbers impact the homeowner, a homestead overview, and information about additional exemptions.
