Each portion of the Parcel Number may be listed with leading zeroes implied, or if the last portion is all zeroes, may be omitted entirely, ie; Here are several ways of representing the same parcel number: 04159-010-000 - Entire Number 4159-010-0 4159-10-0 4159-10 00016-000-000 - Entire Number 00016 16-0-0 16-0 16 The 3 portions of the number loosely represent parcel, block and lot and properties split off of a parent parcel will usually be numbered similar to the parent with different lot numbers or perhaps a different block number.
